A small, cheap hole in the wall in Chinatown! There are not many seats inside, but we were lucky to get a table. All of the food and noodles looked great, but we were tasting lots of places so we only got their fried dumplings. The price was $5.95 for 10 dumplings which is a pretty good deal! They came out within 5 minutes of ordering. The dumplings came out super crispy with a yummy pork and chive filling. With the price you can't beat it! We would be excited to come back and try some other things on their menu next time we are in New York!

great cheap eats spot in chinatown the dumplings were great (i think chinese dumplings are best steamed) but the pork burger was also pretty good but didn't amaze me it's a small shop with limited tables so don't expect to find seating right away super busy but the place tries to get your order to you as quick as possible $12 card minimum

A typical no-frills small Chinese restaurant mostly for take-out ( there are about five tables for eating in). This place gets a lot of love from TikTokers and the food influencers for the dumplings. I got the 10 fried dumplings. For $5.95 it's a decent deal (10 steamed go for 4.95). Good sized portion of pork with some scallion and cilantro so it's pretty flavorful. I also got the stewed pork burger and might've liked that more. The bun is crispy on the outside and covered in sesame seeds, which creates a nice contrast with the soft pork. A good place to go if you're following a dumpling crawl in C-town.

First FuJianese restaurant we've tried and loved it!! The place is small and crowded even close to closing but we were lucky to grab a seat ---burning noodles with pork: MUST ORDER, this was so good, especially if you want dry noodles ---mt qi noodles: also yummy if you're craving soup instead ---spicy dumplings: not as good as the noodles and this third dish put us overly full Definitely one of the more affordable eats in Chinatown that's worth the trek!

10 dumplings for $5, cash only These are so good! The wrapping form resembles a taco shell that's loosely together. I love the crunch crispy dumpling skin. The filling is tasty but it does fall out since the ends are not folded (not sure if this is always or just because they were super busy). The price is right on par with all the other dumplings in the area. Would recommend 10000%. There's seating inside too. It was worth the longer wait. The lines fluctuate but it's never as long of a wait as you think!

Potentially the best pork bao (gua bao) that I've ever had in my life. It's seasoned generously with crushed peanut, and the pork belly slice is the perfect proportion each time I've had it. The price is well worth, not inflated like the rest of New York City. 10 dumplings for less than $8 is unheard of. I haven't seen those prices since 2005. Their hand pulled noodles are also delicious. The dan dan mian is not too salty, has great texture, and is well-rounded in flavor. The interior is... efficient to say the least. If you're lucky to get a seat, it's a 10 minute eat and leave situation. Obviously best to eat fresh, but I've also had takeout and the baos + dumplings hold up pretty well. Would not recommend taking out the soup noodles though.

Known for their super affordable to-go frozen dumplings ($12 for 50 dumplings), this restaurant is incredibly crowded inside for both customers and diners alike. Be prepared to slide and wiggle your way around while bumping shoulders and knees with other patrons inside. Other notes: There's a $12 minimum required charge for credit cards (conveniently, that's how much their frozen dumplings cost). And they have no garbage cans in the restaurant due to the small size, so just leave anything you want discarded on the table when you leave.

Tight space. If you arrive before 11 or before 4 you might get a spot to sit. Order with the cashier and they will ask if you want to dine in or take out. Pay and then take your seat. We opt to dine in since it wasn't pack yet. Food came out quick. They did forget out pork buns but I did ask for it later that they forgot and they were nice about it and quickly bought it out later. You get the bang for your buck. $5.95 for 10 pieces of fried dumplings. Make sure to use their hot chili oil as it added great flavor to the dumplings. Stewed pork Taiwan style over rice $8 big portion. Pork belly was diced into small chunks soft, tender, with a few pieces of bak choy and a fried egg. House special noodles with all the meat at $13 was okay. Pork buns similar to the stewed pork but big slice onto a puffy white bun with peanut sprinkles $9. It has gotten too hot to eat inside due to a lot of people and the kitchen constantly coming out with food. We took the order to go instead. Big portion couldn't finish it. Total came out to $36 with a lot of food.

Came here as part of a NYC Chinatown food crawl that me and my bf did for lunch and despite it being about 2-3pm, it was super crowded here! We had no idea this spot was THIS popular . Once you walk through the doors there will probably be a line throughout the entire restaurant since the register is at the back of the store. Thus, it seems extra crowded due to everyone standing in line for their order in the narrow aisle in the restaurant neck and neck to people eating beside you. In addition, bring cash! The day I went it was all cash only. Also, you have to be quick on your feet to snag a table since it's extremely busy inside. As for the food, we ordered the fried pork and chive open faced dumplings. These dumplings essentially look like fried gyoza, but both ends of the dumpling are open. I really liked how crispy the dumplings were since I LOVE a crispy, fried dumpling. The meat itself did not have too much flavor alone and the open ends of the dumpling meant it was meant to not hold juice inside. That meant I had to drown the dumplings in black vinegar and chili oil. While they tasted really good and the chili oil was great, I have mixed feelings about needing to douse my food in a sauce in order for it to taste good/have enough flavor.
